Shipping & Payment Policies
Shipping Destinations
Currently we ship orders to addresses within the United States only. All others please call us at 845.354.2626 Ext 1.
Shipping Schedule
With the exception of Saturdays and Jewish Holidays we are open every day of the year including Sundays. We try to ship online orders received before 9:00am Mondays through Thursdays the same day. We hope you understand when we say "we try" that we are only humans and cannot do more than that! In the event we cannot ship your order within 2 days you will be notified. PLEASE NOTE: NO SHIPPING ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
Shipping Method & Speed
Due to the nature of our product and to ensure that it arrives in the freshest condition possible to you - our customer - we only ship overnight with Fedex. In most cases this means it will be delivered the next morning by 10:30 am, and in some rural locations a little bit later.
Shipping Cost
When you proceed to checkout with items in your online shopping cart, our system will connect to Fedex who will calculate the shipping fees based on the zip code of the shipping address you provide, and the total weight of your order.
Shipping Weight
Most of our meals have a standard shipping weight of 2 lbs (including ice & other packaging materials), but since we do not pack our meals by weight - rather by the "portion", your individual meal may weigh a little more or less. Nevertheless, we do consider the weight of each meal 2 lbs. as a standard, to make it easier for everybody involved.
Sales Tax
Customers from New York State only are charged NY Sales Tax (currently 8.125%). This will be shown in the checkout procedure after entering your payment information. Tax is only charged on the order itself - not on any shipping charges.
Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards. A charge will appear on your statement under the name: "L'Chaim Manor" - the parent company of KosherMealsToGo.com.

It is not necessary to provide us with information to simply view & browse through our site. We only request information from you if you wish to order from us. KosherMealsToGo.com keeps track of information in order to give you a more enjoyable, convenient shopping experience.
Before completing your first purchase, we will ask you for your name, phone number, email, billing and shipping addresses. This information, along with your credit card number, is necessary to fulfill your order (otherwise how are we going to know where and who to send an item to?!) Any information not necessary to fulfill your order is optional.
